Robert brings over two decades of roofing industry experience to his role as Account Manager at Bone Dry Roofing. His career began in 2004 at just 14 years old, working summer jobs that sparked a lasting passion for the trade. After graduating high school, Robert dove into roofing full-time, steadily advancing from ground laborer to roofer, then foreman. By 30, he recognized the value of transitioning into leadership roles, which set the stage for a successful management career.
In 2021, Robert joined a roofing company as a Project Manager, quickly advancing to Territory Manager. Within a year, he was overseeing operations across eight states—and at times, up to eleven—gaining extensive experience in multi-state operations, strategic planning, and team leadership. In 2024, he joined Bone Dry Roofing, eager to bring his depth of experience, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality to the Charleston team.
Robert thrives on turning challenges into solutions, especially when no two situations are alike. His expertise spans roofing operations management, project and territory oversight, safety compliance, and mentoring teams to grow in skill and craftsmanship. He’s driven by the constantly evolving nature of the roofing industry and embraces opportunities to learn, adapt, and innovate.
Outside of work, Robert treasures time with his family, enjoys learning through documentaries, museums, and books, and fuels his adventurous side through extreme sports, skateboarding with his kids, and riding his motorcycle year-round. A dedicated Marvel fan, he’s watched every movie and series—despite never reading a single Marvel comic book.
