Sarah brings a wealth of experience in customer service and logistics to her role as Service Department Manager at our Charleston office. Originally from upstate New York, Sarah spent over 8 years as a police dispatcher with the Monroe County 911 center, where she honed her skills in communication and multitasking. After relocating to Charleston, SC with her family, Sarah continued her career in customer service, most recently working in logistics for a large global forwarding company for 2 ½ years.
What Sarah enjoys most about her work is the daily interaction with both team members and customers, always striving to deliver the best service possible. Known for her strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills, Sarah is dedicated to providing a seamless customer experience for Bone Dry Roofing’s clients.
Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her family, including her husband of 15 years and their two children, who are avid ice hockey players. You’ll often find them at the local ice rink, or enjoying outdoor activities together. Sarah also enjoys reading when time allows and has a passion for working with plants.
Fun Fact: Sarah is the oldest of 10 siblings—all from the same parents!
